Mortgage Payment Protection

MPPI or Accident, Sickness and Unemployment cover, as its often referred to is used to cover a loss of income during periods of accident, sickness or unemployment. The amount of cover taken out is generally equal to the amount of the monthly mortgage repayments, or in some instances, an additional amount is insured to cover the cost of home related bills, such as buildings and contents insurance, utility bills and council tax etc.
